New Anti-SPAM system is implemented

Due to a large number of SPAM signups we decided to implement a new anti-SPAM system. Now, in order to get a free website hosting account you have to validate your email address by submitting an activation code provided in the Welcome email. And we have also added this News page to inform Biz.ly free site hosting users about the major changes and/or service updates.

In case you find any bugs/errors in our new system, please take a minute to report errors to Biz.ly developers, thanks.
