New File manager and new HTML editor at Biz.ly free webhost

We are in the process of making some changes to File Manager that will make it easier to use. When you access the File Manager, you will notice a slight change in the appearance. In the file list you will notice that each filename has icons by it that allows you to perform a different function. We're also allowing more flexibility through preferences - through the preferences you can make decisions, such as whether to use a text HTML editor or the WSYWIG editor. We've also modified the file editor, and it is much better now than it used to be before
